The Bar Council of Ireland is the representative body for barristers in Ireland, operating the Law Library in the Four Courts as a service to its members. More than 2,000 barristers use the Bar Council’s reference library, computer services, legal databases, consultation rooms and the Dublin International Arbitration centre.
