To make a complaint about DX Ireland, please contact us:

DX will send an acknowledgement to you within 5 working days. After fully investigating your issues, we will provide a response within 21 working days.

To assist us in investigating your concerns, please ensure you provide us with as much of the following information as you can:-

  • Name and original address item was being delivered to 
  • Your name and address, if different 
  • Reference and/or tracking number 
  • Contact details, mobile and home/work telephone, email 
  • DX Service used, if known 
  • Item being delivered, if known 
  • Date item was sent/collected 
  • Detailed description of the contents and packaging (for loss and damage) 
  • Details of the complaint you wish to raise with DX Ireland.
